Life Transformation Academy is a training and development institution working with Government bodies, public sector undertakings and corporate organisations across India.

Life Transformation Academy Private Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Life Transformation Academy Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by Life Transformation Academy Private Limited, it'll take 16–30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

These terms govern your use of this website and your participation in workshops, programmes and coaching delivered by Life Transformation Academy Pvt. Ltd.
Registration and fees. A registration is confirmed only once the fee has been received in full, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Fees are quoted exclusive of GST unless stated, and applicable taxes are charged at the prevailing rate. Where a fee slab depends on the number of participants nominated, the slab applied is the one matching the number actually nominated.
Programme changes. We may change the venue, date, faculty or session sequence where circumstances require it, and will tell you as early as we reasonably can. If we cancel a programme outright, the cancellation and refund policy above applies.
Materials. Handbooks, slides, case studies, templates and recordings supplied during a programme remain our intellectual property. They are provided for the participant’s own professional use and may not be reproduced, circulated or used to deliver training to others without our written consent.
Conduct. Our sessions cover sensitive subjects, including workplace sexual harassment and gender. We ask every participant to engage respectfully and to treat case material and personal disclosures made in the room as confidential.
Nature of our services. Our workshops are educational and developmental. Nothing delivered in a session constitutes legal advice or a legal opinion, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from your own counsel on a specific matter.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
